We use Your Personal data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. ## Applicability Conclusion of contract Rathidev provide its services exclusively on the basis of the following General Terms and Conditions (GTC). They will apply to all legal relationships between the Agency and the Customer, even if they are not expressly referred to. The GTC shall apply to all legal transactions done by the clients. The version applicable at the time of the conclusion of a contract shall be relevant. Deviations from these GTC and other supplementary agreements with the Customer shall only be effective if they have been confirmed by the Agency in writing. Terms and conditions of the Customer, if any, shall not be accepted, even if the Agency knows them unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing on a case-by-case basis.
