Subscription & Billing

Subscription charges are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled before the next billing cycle, and users are responsible for ensuring that their payment information remains valid and up to date.

Users receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for its intended business purposes and may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the service without written permission.

Service Availability

Trilo aims to provide reliable and uninterrupted service, but temporary downtime may occur due to scheduled maintenance, technical updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue certain features whenever necessary to enhance the overall performance and security of the platform.
